About This Course

Microservices have been hyped as THE architecture to use for the last decade, but for many applications, they�re not the right choice. In this course, you�ll learn how to assess the microservices architectural style and compare it to the modular monolith approach. Then, you�ll learn how to plan and execute a partial or complete migration from your microservices approach to a modular monolith solution. Such a move will eliminate much of the complexity in deployment, troubleshooting, and observability that plague distributed applications in general and microservices in particular and will likely reduce your overall hosting expense.
