I really like the way Nick covers programming topics on YouTube, so when I saw he had courses available, I went for them (Zero to hero API and DI courses). Not going to lie, initially, I thought the price was a little expensive, but I still went for it. After going through them, I now believe they are SO CHEAP FOR THE VALUE. There is so much content packed into them, but the real gem is the insider professional knowledge and tips he shares. Overall, 100% recommend.

While not for beginners (although they recently released a beginners course), Dometrain's course are packed full of best practices and helpful information. The courses are not overly long and several topics are broken into two courses, which can get pricey, but they have bundles to offer discounts on those course. The pro edition gives you access to their full course catalog for an annual subscription.

As always Nick makes the concepts so simple for anyone to grasp. The way he showcases the unit testing techniques, by following practical examples of day to day problems that engineers are facing, is truly remarkable. Thanks Nick. Keep rocking and keep coding!

I have spent thousands of dollars on Udemy, and Pluralsight, and have never experienced the kind of concise and comprehensive content that I have on Dometrain. The best platform to learn and improve your dev skills

In my opinion, the lecturers have exceptionally good knowledge of the topics of their courses. They are also very good at describing and explaining the subject matter. The code examples are very helpful if you want to implement what you have learnt in your own project. From a technical point of view, the courses are very well implemented. It's fun to stay with it. I'm already looking forward to the new topics that will soon be available to learn on Dometrain.

Great content focused on what really matters with real examples

There's a variety of courses. I especially like the 'zero to hero' ones because they help me to sink in those basic concepts that I might know, but also learn more advanced topics. I like those ones with real-life examples.

I've taken courses offered both by Nick and others. The quality of the content, pace, and explanations are all top notch. I've purchased multiple courses though Dometrain and have yet to have the slightest regret in any of them. Even on topics I have previous knowledge and understanding, the courses both reiterated previous learnings, but explained why those learnings were correct and taught me new stuff I use in my everyday job.

Really very high-quality courses. The Zero to Hero courses start at 0 or almost 0 and then progress to a very good level. Most of the courses have a very good structure and the topics are well balanced. The Deep Dive courses then offer another excellent overview of the advanced topics. Particularly helpful are the code examples and complete solutions that are included in practically every course. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

I got into Dometrain by watching Nick videos, which I always found very educational. Dometrain provides the kind of courses you instantly know are good. Normally we say not to judge a book by its cover, but just watching the introduction to every course gives a perfect idea of the better quality you will find in them. Not only they are made by people with vast experience showcasing real world scenarios, but also taught in a very personal didactical approach that allows one to feel as in a classroom. The ability to code along and also download the source after each module is just the cherry on top. After doing many courses I was surprised that even if I know lots of people that have knowledge in the topics covered, there is always something I learned in Dometrain that my colleagues did not know, and is actually very useful stuff. I anyone wants to reach the top at .NET, this is the closest thing to a shortcut you can find out there.

Updated and interesting content

Dometrain courses are very well thought out and explained very nicely. It is way better than many courses offered by other popular platforms like Udemy or Plural Sights. Nick is really great.

I've purchased a number of courses both by Nick and by the guest trainers and have found them a goldmine of information. Well explained and concise with plenty of examples and full source code provided. Dometrain is my first go-to for any subject.

I've purchased the Getting Started with Solutions Architecture course and found it to be very good although I was looking to learn more in depth but it was a getting started course after all. The author used an example throughout the course so that also helped but maybe a table with a summary of the contents of each section would also be nice.

My first experience of a Dometrain course was one of the zero to hero courses. I had previously watched some of Nick's youtube videos and was impressed with the way that he presented the subject being discussed and depth of explanation and examples that he provided. Having purchased a number of courses since, I have been extremely pleased with the content, the pace of the course, the resources (source code, etc) and the overall professional presentation.

Hands down some of the best C#, .NET, and modern software engineering courses available out there. The practical guidance with a focus on implementing services in a way that can easily be used in *real* production is just fantastic. Thank you!

Dometrain's courses seem to cater to the modern learner, with their meticulously structured content that eases you from a foundational introduction into more complex subjects with seamless acceleration. As someone who prefers the dynamic nature of video learning over traditional textbooks, I find their approach to sharing knowledge particularly beneficial. Tutors are very knowledgeable and course

These are excellent courses with the differentiator being they are taught by experts in their field who have been doing this for years in real positions at real companies. The instructors come across very knowledgeable and just like with U.K. call centres, you can fully understand the accent which is important when learning. Best thing is the reasonable price, it's not bargain bucket but set at a price, given the quality would be hard to do any cheaper.
