Answer 493 Associate Cloud Engineer practice questions on projects, IAM, compute, GKE, serverless, data, networking, and monitoring, after short lessons that teach what each set tests.
The Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer exam checks whether you can set up, deploy, run, and secure workloads on Google Cloud yourself: which role to grant, which gcloud or kubectl command to run, and which product or setting fits an operational need. This course follows the four sections of the current official exam guide and uses today’s product names, such as Cloud NGFW, Cloud Run functions (formerly Cloud Functions), and Agent Runtime on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI Agent Engine).
The course holds 493 questions in 50 quiz lessons. Every lesson starts by teaching the facts, commands and flags its quiz checks, and each question then gives you a realistic operations task where you pick one option, or two when the stem says so. You start by building the resource hierarchy, applying organization policies, granting IAM roles, federating identities, and configuring billing budgets and exports. Next come service accounts, impersonation, and short-lived credentials, then Compute Engine instances, disks, managed instance groups, and SSH access. The middle chapters cover GKE clusters, workloads, autoscaling, and node pools, Cloud Run deployments, events, and traffic splitting, and infrastructure as code. Later chapters cover storage and data products, from Cloud Storage lifecycle rules to database backups, VPC networking with firewall policies, load balancers, Cloud NAT, and hybrid connectivity, and monitoring and logging with alerting policies, audit logs, and log routing.
The course suits engineers and administrators who know the Cloud Digital Leader basics and want a structured way to check their hands-on knowledge before booking the Associate Cloud Engineer exam.
